What time can the bride and groom be at the barn on wedding day?
You can pay $50 to be there as early as 11:00AM. Our staff needs time to prepare the barn for your day. We do a fresh cleaning each wedding day morning.
Where do the groom and groomsmen hang out before ceremony?
They roam around the grounds and they get dressed in the “man cave” named the Milk Shed next to the guy’s bathroom. This is a nice room designated for them that has benches, a full length mirror, a rack for hanging suits and jackets, as well as is close to where they will need to be for the ceremony.
Do you have any sort of room to get dressed in just for the day?
We have the ladies bathroom and the fireplace corner in the lower level, which we make private by hanging the white fabric. The Bridal suite is also often used for the girls to get their hair and make up done in the morning. This can be rented for $295 per night, this charge is the same price as staying for the whole night because cleaning and services are the same no matter if the night is spent or if it is just used to get ready in.
If we choose to get the infused water are glasses/cups included?
Yes, we also provide water for on the way up the garden path for guests to enjoy after many spending a long period of time traveling in a car. This also helps eliminate the amount of crinkling water bottles of guests during the ceremony. If you have infused water we provide that during cocktail hour and throughout the rest of the night. We provide the glasses for that as well.
When would we set up the alcohol, cake, card table, etc?
As soon as you arrive that day at noon, unless you rent barn prior to noon with our nominal hourly rate. Your bartender will take care of setting up the bar, you just need to bring the alcohol and other beverages to the bar.
How many bistro tables are there and where are they located?
We have a total of 14 bistro/cocktail tables. This consists of 3 on the top deck, 3 on the South patio, 4 in the parlor, 4 in the courtyard. We welcome vases of flowers to be placed on these tables.
