ALCOHOL POLICY
The Enchanted Barn is located in a dry township. Please remind your guests that you have contracted with The Enchanted Barn and are providing alcohol for your event, which will only be dispensed by the bar attendant(s). No outside alcohol may be brought to The Enchanted Barn premises by any of your guests.  FINES MAY BE INCURRED IF THIS POLICY IS BREACHED.  

All of your information should be indicated below.  It is important that you complete this form in its entirety.  This information is useful if you are getting things delivered so we can make sure you received everything that you ordered.  It is also important for us to get a full picture of what you will be serving at your event.

Wine and beer should be purchased through an outside vendor or supplied by the client. Boxed wine and bottles over 1 liter are not allowed to be brought in because they don't fit in our cooler and are hard to serve from. Please make sure to rent wine glasses for each place setting at dinner, if needed, with the addition of bottle service during dinner. Please indicate where you are purchasing your kegs and other alcohol, and when are they scheduled to arrive?

Table Corking Service *
This additional service for the fee of $75 includes bottle opening (one red and one white) for each table for dinner. The wine used for table service should be included in the total quantity listed above. Note that the $75 is for the service, and does not cover the cost of the wine, nor does it cover the cost of wine glass rental. If you choose this service, you must also choose matching wine glass rental from the wedding profile submittal form.
Full Table Service *
This service is for the fee of $300 and includes bar staff serving your guests individually during dinner time. The fee is in consideration of additional staff needed during this service, as well as keeping the bar attended, but does not cover the cost of wine glass rental. If you choose this service, you must also choose matching wine glass rental from the wedding profile submittal form.

Champagne at Bar *
If you are having champagne served from behind the bar, please indicate. nor does it cover the cost of wine glass rental. If you choose this service, you must also choose matching wine glass rental from the wedding profile submittal form.
Champagne at Head Table Only *
This would be if you are having a champagne toast during dinner, but only for the guests sitting at the head table. If you are having this service, champagne flutes will need to be rented from The Enchanted Barn.
Champagne for All Guests *
This service is for a fee of $150. This is when you offer all of your guests champagne and covers the cost of an additional bar attendant. You can either choose to have the flutes pre-poured and offered to your guests as they enter the hayloft for dinner, or you can choose to have them poured and included in the dinner place settings. If you are having this service, champagne flutes will need to be rented from The Enchanted Barn at $1/guest.
Renting Flutes from The Enchanted Barn? *
Please indicate on your wedding profile if you need to rent champagne flutes. They are $1.00 per flute and this is included in your invoice from The Enchanted Barn. I ask for this information for reassurance that you have ordered flutes for your event, if needed.
Signature Drink During Cocktail Hour *
Mixed drinks are ONLY served during cocktail hour. If 'Yes' you can select up to two drink options. One from each category, or two from the same.
Examples: Jack & Coke, Vodka & Lemonade, Whisky 7). Please list your drink choices below. Note, you can have a total of 2 signature drinks (either simple or complex).

Soda *
You can either bring in your own soda, or have me get it for you. If you would like me to purchase, the costs is: Under 150 guests = $100 Over 150 guests = $150 Over 250 guests = $200 This fee includes an unlimited variety of brand name soda based on your guest count.
Root Beer Keg *
Client must be provided from an outside vendor.
Bottled Water *
You can either bring in your own bottled water, or have me get it for you. If you would like me to purchase, the costs is: Under 150 guests = $50 Over 150 guests = $75 Over 250 guests = $100 This fee includes unlimited water for your guests.
Napkins, Cups & Straws *
You can either bring in your own, or have me purchase them for you. The cost for under 150 guests = $100, over 150 guests = $150 Over 200 guests = $200. If I will be purchasing for you, they will be a higher end glass that does not break easy.
Garnishes
For the additional fee listed next to the garnish below, I will purchase and prepare them for your signature drinks.
